Utilizing the most current technology, we at iDOC thoroughly train our employees to avoid the kinds of common errors and software glitches that many of our competitors overlook. As a leader in dual error prevention, iDOC double-checks each document -- whether hard copy or electronic file.

We at iDOC recognize that some processes are inherently more prone to errors than others. On the electronic production side, we have created a system of checks and balances that help prevent labeling errors, out of order errors, and failure to follow and understand instructions, sections not scanned, and jobs not finished. For each project, iDOC creates foundational production guidelines to ensure that all pages are consistent, and all folders, affixed notes and other exception pages are scanned. And, when converting to your digital deliverable, we work diligently to ensure that every disk and file is free of errors.

In short, iDOC looks at each project and ask, "What could potentially go wrong with this process?" This includes holding regular group meetings for complex and ongoing productions, and determining how we can incorporate lessons learned for the benefit of future projects.

Michael Buban

Michael has 22 years of experience in sales, management, marketing and client service, with more than 16 years of experience specifically in the litigation and corporate printing business. He has managed litigation support services for some of the areas largest and most high profile trials. In 1995, Michael, along with his partner, Bob Buban, decided to leverage his experience to open Texas Legal Copies(TLC). His desire to provide better service by molding his business to fit the ever-changing needs of businesses has resulted in rapid, but well-orchestrated growth for TLC, and now iDOC-TLC. Michael prides himself in his companies proven ability to not only meet current industry needs, but anticipate future needs.

Robert Buban

Bob has 23 years of experience in accounting and business management. In 1995, He decided to capitalize on his experience to open TLC, along with his partner, Michael Buban. By serving as a paralegal and paralegal supervisor at one of the largest international law firms for six years, and continuing his paralegal status for an additional 12 years, Bob has maintained first-hand experience with the litigation document needs of paralegals, attorneys, and corporate professionals. His vision for TLC resulted in the provision of services not found at most competitors, including trial set-up and paralegal outsourcing services. Utilizing their exceptional experience and realizing the future of document management, Michael and Robert Buban introduced iDOC-TLC in 2006. Although the document management business in the Dallas-Fort Worth area was already extremely competitive, Michael and Bob opened iDOC-TLC for one simple reason: They believed in their vision of a total document solutions provider that could provide services that exceed current industry expectations and anticipate future needs. They had faith that their first-hand experience with the inner workings of document support - from both the inside and outside - could result in quality control procedure (QCP) second to none. The rest, as they say, is history. Thanks to a sound business plan, steady, well-orchestrated growth, and the support of the Dallas legal and corporate community, iDOC-TLC is on solid ground, and well positioned for the future.

He has served as both the general manager of a main production facility as well as the director of onsite document management facilities for large law firms. Having worked with other members of the TLC leadership team for more than five years, Don has taken on a similar role for iDOC.
