DOCUMENT SCANNING

Convert your documents from paper to plastic.
Document Scanning image The need for paper copies is diminishing at a rapid rate. Documents are being produced in ever-changing electronic formats, and the need to convert paper documents to plastic disks continues to grow.

Through a well-defined document scanning and digital imaging process, iDOC can create electronic images of documents and store them on CDs or an Online Repository Tool. Documents that are scanned and then burned onto CDs stay protected, with their integrity intact until you need them. Scanning documents is only one step: Taking the added step of merging your documents into a searchable database makes accessing them even easier, and iDOC can help you through this process.

iDOC’s experience with a broad range of digital imaging technologies enables us to digitize virtually any hardcopy source material that your company generates. Examples of digital imaging include hardcopy files, brochures, sales and marketing collateral, financial and accounting files, client files, medical records, and other important documents. No matter the document production size, from one box to hundreds, we scan, capture and import documents efficiently, into a variety of software packages.

iDOC have enterprise large scale and ad hoc document scanning functionality, including abilities to TIFF image, PDF image, on-the-fly image correction, quick-switch scanner settings, batch OCR, document endorsing, printing and a host of other features that reduce errors and turnaround time.

iDOC'S commitment to quality control is second to none. iDOC carefully review each item and physically compare the scanned document or product to the original. When document scanning using iDOC’s Quality Control Process (QCP), you are assured that the end-product is the highest quality possible.
